Congratulations on your CSEC Results. 

• Please fill out the form using BLOCK LETTERS only.

• To complete application, you are required to submit a copy of your 2024 CSEC Examination Results and a copy of your Birth Certificate.

• External candidates MUST obtain a transfer letter, a letter of recommendation and regularity and punctuality report for Forms 4 & 5 from their school.

• All Application Forms are to be completed and left in the Main Office of the School.

• Students who wrote CSEC or GCE examination in the year 2024 will be given first consideration.

• All applicants must pass a minimum of 5 subjects including CSEC English and Mathematics.

• Students must NOT be 19 years old on or before 31st December, 2024.

• FINAL DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY 28th AUGUST ,2024
